A Lunar New Year, New Moon and Fresh Starts

If you could step outside of yourself and surroundings, what would you change? What would you shed? What would you start? These are the questions we should be asking ourselves on this Aquarius New Moon. And what a time to implement them!

As we start a lunar new year we should collectively work together to help one another to raise conscious awareness, fix each others crowns and step out of our comfort zones to try something new.  Look to the future with a new vision, set goals and realistic steps to achieve them. 

This New Moon aligns with Saturn, giving us this extra oomph to start fresh. But where do we start? 

1. New lunar year, new journal. Get yourself a new clean notebook and fancy pen.

2. Set time aside to sit down and reflect on the last year. Ask yourself the above questions and answer them honestly. What old habits do you want to break? What new ones do you want to start? What do you want to achieve? Write all of these down on the very first page.

3. What are you going to do to achieve these? what can you implement into your day to day routine that will help you to reach your goals?

4. STAY CONSISTANT! YOU have decided. YOU need to stay consistent with your journey. Nothing will magically appear overnight just because you have thought about it, no matter how much of a manifester you are, putting in the work and staying with it is what will show results.

5. Distance yourself from habits that maybe holding you back.

Some changes can be really hard to maintain, in-fact only two hours we make a conscious change, our brains and body will actually become a little shocked and crave going back to the old. But its not impossible. It just takes the time and effort to remind yourself of the outcome you want and desire.
