MARS RETROGRADE

While Mars retrogrades in its ruling sign of Aries we can feel incredibly impatient. Passive-aggressiveness is typical of a Mars retro.

We can find ourselves stewing with anger and unable to see a direct channel to realise it. It is very important to get in touch with what we accept from other people and situations, things that have been bubbling up inside of us which bring us to our boiling point. 

Aries is the ruler of our initiative, personality, courage to express ourselves and independence. During this retrograde cycle we need to reassess our approach to these areas. We might have frustration or anxiety about our abilities. There could be hesitation, caution and fear of moving forward by rehashing the past. Take this period to see old problems in a new light. Try not to obsess and overthink - this is a strong tendency for the Mars retrograde.

We can also experience lowered vitality, become accident-prone. Take extra care and don't overestimate what you are capable of. 

Avoid pushing matters or throwing yourself into something new during this cycle, however there is no need to stop any projects you are already working on. Reworking current projects can be extremely rewarding through this time.

We can find ourselves being less direct when it comes to our sexual needs, if we can't find outlets for expressing our anger and desires we draw in struggles with resentment and even shame. Energy flow may feel interrupted. Sexual feelings may be stronger and more intense but the outward expression may be less spontaneous.
