What is the Law Of Attraction?
Over the past few years, a new wave of inspiration has flooded our social media, TV & minds. The Law of attraction is something that has been practised for many many years. And right now it is thriving with countless Facebook pages and social groups.
In a nutshell, The Law of attraction is using a positive mindset and way of living to manifest the things you want most. This could be getting a new job, finding your soulmate, losing weight or getting a new car - It could be ANYTHING!
How do we do this?
To manifest the things we want we need to go deep within ourselves and remove blockages we have. This can be really hard and seem scary for some, but, as soon as you have removed this your perspective on life will change, in turn your life will change for the better! Changing your mindset is vital for this to work. It's one thing to really want something, but it's harder to truly believe that we deserve it & believe it WILL happen. For example, one of the main concerns most of us have is MONEY. And this is where you might be going wrong. “I’m skint” “more bills” This is a negative mindset towards money, therefore the more 'negative' money will be. Change the narrative, change your life. Look at what is going out and say THANK YOU for my phone bill, because without this I wouldn’t have my phone. THANK YOU for my rent because without it I wouldn’t have a roof over my head. Become positive and grateful for your money and the more you will find money flows to you.
Where to start:
Looking deep within yourself and setting yourself free of guilt and fear.
Invest in a journal. make sure you vent out anything that makes you harbour negative emotions. This will help you in letting go.
Regularly practice gratitude for the things you have
Create a dream bored of all the things you want, look to it regularly and imagine how it would feel when you finally receive them.
