Tarot Misconceptions

We have been doing tarot readings for way over a decade now and so many times have heard “Will it tell me when i'm going to die?” “I'm too scared to get a reading” “Don't i need to be in front of you for it to work?” “Aren't they evil?”

In all the years we have been reading cards for people, never have we told anyone their death date nor have we been given that information. The death card definitely gets a bad reaction at first but when we look at it, the death card represents the ’death’ of an old cycle and new beginnings! We love to see this card in people's readings because it shows that the querent is about to have a change-up in their life bringing lots of new and exciting opportunities! 

Tarot is a good tool to use for guidance, help & advice. The cards will never tell you what your future holds as a guarantee! Why? - Because we make decisions every day that change the shape and journey of our path. 

At the time of a reading we will always give a likely outcome, this is based on if you take the guidance and advice given to you. However, we do gain insights on situations that will occur along with advice on the best way to handle and deal with them.These situations are usually already starting to show themselves to you and are at the beginning stages of playing out.

The biggest misconception of tarot cards is that they are evil. Some religions may be against this practice, if that is your belief and life path then readings may not be right for you.

WE DO NOT NEED YOU IN FRONT OF US FOR AN ACCURATE READING

Many people get confused by this but we choose to do our readings this way because when we first started reading cards, we always had our clients come to one of our houses. This would leave us extremely drained. After our client would leave most of the time, the energy would stay! For our own protection we now do them via message/email. SO how does this work? 

The reason we ask for a selfie ten minutes before you're reading is so we can get a sense of your energy. By sending us a picture for the purpose of your reading you are giving us permission to read your cards.  

How do we work together with the cards?

As previously said, we have been reading cards for over ten years. We have worked very hard and continue to daily connect with our higher-selves and work with our third eye chakra. We are both intuitive psychic. We were not born with this gift, we worked and studied very hard for it (16 years to be exact). We have two methods for choosing the cards. With our hands we will scan over the cards, when we are over the card wanting to show itself we will feel a cold tingly sensation. Sometimes we will use a crystal pendulum which we swing over the cards. This will feel heavier in the direction of the card calling us, and will eventually get too heavy that it drops the card calling out. Most of the time we will ask the cards a question and we are immediately drawn to the card. 

Once we have pulled all the cards for your reading we will take a picture of the spread and send you a detailed explanation of what your cards are telling you. We will dedicate the time afterwards for any questions you may have after at no extra charge. Another reason we prefer to do this this way is because you have all the information saved in your phone for you to go back to at any time. We always keep a copy of you're reading too; this way, when you feel the time is right for another one, we can look back at where you were to where you are now.
